Just as you one day may need an organ, others are waiting today. By signing up for organ donation you can save the lives of eight.

This is the Swedish researcher Göran Smith, a jack-of-all-trades. At work, he’s passionate about finding new ways of increasing the modal share of ‘sustainable traveling’, and hopes that his research will contribute to such a development. At home, we have heard, he mostly brags about his niece’s kindergarten achievements while dreaming about cycling around the world. In the meantime, he also teaches girls newly arrived in the country how to play soccer. In this photo Göran is wearing a RECYCLE ME T-shirt for organ donation awareness.
